• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

We want you to LOVE your Pretty! We offer a conditional 7-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• Life Happens Right... We work hard to ensure the quality of our Pretties, but unexpected things can always pop up. So if you aren't happy with your Pretty please contact us at prettiesbysada@gmail.com 'Returns' in the subject line and let's chat. You'll need to include your order number and the reason for the return. (wrong size, / style isn't what I thought) Remember Pretties aren't meant for the bottom of a jewelry box, (nobody puts Pretties in a corner) we want you to wear it with Joy!

• Eligibility: The Pretty must be unused, and undamaged.

• Timing: We have a 7-days satisfaction guaranteed Return & Exchange Policy, since the day the Pretty is received. (We ensure a 30 day warranty on all of our Pretties. If your Pretty breaks (GASP) please contact us within 30 days)

• What Next: We will provide the mailing address to return the Pretty. (I strongly recommend that you get proof of postage to avoid "lost packages" situations) When the returned Pretty is received and inspected, if the refund is approved you will receive a confirmation email, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

• Please Note: Shipping charges ate not available for a refund. Returns or Exchanges are not available for Custom Orders.

Please Note: All Pretties are made by hand (my hands to be specific) so please allow 5-10 days processing time before shipping. We will endeavor to communicate with you so you can prepare for your Pretties arrival. Some Pretties are designed, created, and ready to go to their new home, these will process and ship faster. International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost.
